When a carrier's phone or email changes on FMCSA, see the old one and call it before you book.

We keep a record of each carrier's contact details from the day you add them, so when FMCSA's record changes you see the old number and the new one side by side, with the date and the official source link.   • Old and new, side by side: when a carrier's phone, email, address, name or listed officers change on FMCSA, you see the details we had on record next to the new ones.
  • Call the old number: the alert shows the previous phone number and how long it was on our record, so you can call it to check the change before you book.
  • History from the day you add them: FMCSA doesn't keep a history of carrier phone or email, so we save each carrier's contact details daily from the day you add them. We can't show changes from before that.
  • Per-load vetting record: log a load and we save what FMCSA showed that day, dated and with source links, plus whether you called the old number, ready to export.
  • Authority and insurance: dormant authority reactivated, revocations, suspension notices, out-of-service orders and insurance cancellations.
  • Facts, not grades: we report what changed in public records. You decide what it means.

Honest limits

  • It can't catch a hijacked inbox or a bought MC whose FMCSA paperwork is real and unchanged.
  • FMCSA publishes daily, not instantly, and its 2026 system move means some changes show up late.
  • It isn't a safety rating or a do-not-use list.

Is this built yet?

When does it launch?
Our target is January 15, 2027. Founding members are charged only when it launches, never before.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Once founding spots open, you can cancel at no charge any time before launch. Email hello@reg-bot.ai and we remove your saved card.
Where does the data come from?
FMCSA's public files on data.transportation.gov (the Company Census File and FMCSA's licensing and insurance files). Every alert links to its source.
Will it tell me whether to trust a carrier?
No. It tells you what changed and when. Many changes are normal (a new phone, a new office). You decide what to check next.
What about inbox hijacks or bought MCs?
We can't see those unless the FMCSA record changes. Keep your call-back and document checks.
