Is the Free plan really free — no credit card?
Yes. The Free plan requires no credit card. You get 3 AI form completions per month and full access to city/state permit guidance.
What counts as an AI form completion?
Each time RegPulse pre-fills a government form PDF (or generates a step-by-step manual guide for a form) counts as one completion. Browsing compliance information, updating your checklist, and chatting with the AI do not count.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Is there an annual billing option?
Yes. Pro is $190 a year. That is 2 months free compared to paying $19 each month. If you have 2 or more locations, the group plan is $15 per location each month.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, email hello@reg-bot.ai and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
