You get a full refund if:
- You ask within 14 days of paying, and we have not sent you your renewal packet yet.
- You miss your license renewal deadline because we made a mistake.
How to ask
Email us at hello@reg-bot.ai. Tell us the email you used to pay and your business name. We will reply within 2 business days.
Good to know
- We send the money back to the card you paid with. It can take 5 to 10 days to show up.
- For the done-with-you renewal, we prepare your paperwork. You still submit it to the state yourself.
- Pro plans can be canceled any time in Settings. You keep Pro until the end of the time you paid for.
