Your agents must renew by March 31, 2027

• Many Florida real estate licenses expire on March 31, 2027.
• Some licenses expire on September 30 instead. Check the date on your license.
• The CE and the renewal fee are due by midnight Eastern time on that date.
• Each agent needs 14 hours of CE: 3 hours of Core Law, 3 hours of Ethics and Business Practices, and 8 hours of specialty courses.
• Is it the agent's first renewal? Then they take post-licensing courses instead: 45 hours for sales associates and 60 hours for brokers.

1. Make a free account.
2. Pick Florida. You can type your name as the business name. Press Next.
3. Press Real estate license? Enter your expiry date.
4. "Which license?" now says Real estate license (FL).
5. Enter the expiry date from your license, for example March 31, 2027. Press Save renewal date.
